The Coorparoo and District RSL Sub-Branch is a proud member of the South Eastern District of RSL Queensland, supporting veterans, current serving Australian Defence Force members and their families throughout Brisbane’s eastern suburbs.
The Sub Branch was formed in 1935, with the RSL Charter awarded on 19 August 1935. The Sub Branch proudly celebrated its 75th Anniversary in 2010.
Parkside Community & Services Club is the new home of the Coorparoo RSL & Community Club. Located at 131 Ridge Street, Greenslopes, on the site of the former Greenslopes Bowls Club
How We Can Help
The Sub Branch provides access to:
- Pension and Advocacy Support
- Veteran welfare and wellbeing assistance
- Referral and support services
- Social activities and member engagement
- Community and commemorative programs
- Assistance through RSL support networks
The Sub Branch actively supports local schools, community and youth groups, the Gallipoli Medical Research Foundation, welfare initiatives at Greenslopes Hospital and the delivery of Meals on Wheels services within the local area.

Coorparoo and District RSL Sub Branch proudly supports and participates in commemorative services throughout the year, honouring the service and sacrifice of Australian Defence Force personnel while preserving the traditions and values of the veteran community.

The Sub Branch is now located at its new home on Ridge Street, Greenslopes, following the relocation of the club from its former Coorparoo premises. The move secured a permanent base for the organisation and positions the club to continue supporting veterans and the local community well into the future.
